For the Labor Day Weekend we went to Pinetop for a couple days with our friends, the McBrides, and stayed at the resort there. We had so much fun! It's amazing, because just a short 3 hour drive from our house in the desert there is this amazing pine forest and it is just beautiful. It was nice to just get away for a couple days and enjoy the mountains that we miss so much. As we were leaving to come home, Sydney asked if we could just stay there forever.

Monday, we went to the Family Fun Park and let the kids ride in the go-carts. Travis wasn't too sure of it at first, but when you ask him about it now all he says is "fast" and smiles.

I couldn't go in the go-carts because I'm preggers, so Cortnie took Sydney in her car. She loved it!

Looks like tons of fun! Pinetop is so pretty. We stopped by Flagstaff on our way home from Utah over Labor Day and loved the pine trees and cooler weather.
How fun!! Little trips like that are always the best. We've never been up that way, but have always wanted to. Glad you had such a great time.

Looks like fun. We are planning to go over there for our first time in a couple of weeks. I can't wait!
