In the past week I have been to the doctor twice, filled 3 prescriptions, and spent 5 hours in the ER. Sydney and Travis both had Strep Throat last week. We finally got over that and then on Sunday, Sydney somehow smashed her finger in her closet door. A broken thumb and 6 stitches later here we are.
It broke the very tip of her thumb, so it didn't need to be put in a cast.
She was so brave! She'll be better and back to normal in no time.Funny story: Right after it happened, she was hysterical. Mark had a hard time getting her to calm down just so he could look at it. I heard him ask her if he could say a little prayer to help her feel better. A few minutes after the prayer, she says," Heavenly Father isn't doing a very good job. It still hurts."
Oh, how I love this little girl!

Sydney showed me her thumb at church on Sunday- I cant belive that they could fit 6 stitches on her tiny thumb! glad she is feeling better!
