They are GREAT POTTY TRAINING INCENTVIES.
This week I decided to start potty training Travis. I've been dreading it, because everyone has been telling me how hard it is to train boys. Well, I guess they didn't know my secret.
I let Travis pick out ANY toy he wanted at the store. Of course, it was a motorcycle. I put it on top of the fridge and told him he could have it when he went in the potty all the time. That alone was a pretty good incentive for him, but by the 2nd day I was ready to give up. He just didn't seem to be getting it. So I had a brillant idea to have him help me train a doll. He responded to this fabulously. So one full day we trained Ricky, his doll. (I had a stash of chocolate chips and a cup of colored water hiding behind the toilet. Very sneaky, I know. It was so hilarious to watch). By day 3 he was ready to do it on his own. After he "does his business" we have to do the "potty dance" to Thunderstruck by AC/DC (his choice of music, by the way). And I now consider him fully trained! Way to go Travis!

Your kids are so cute! I used similar incentives with success when we trained Tyler last winter. Glad it went well.
It's settled...you're SUPER MOM!
Sure do love ya!
