CHRISTMAS 2008

Christmas this year was a lot of fun this year. The kids are at such a fun age. They were spoiled and got everything they wanted. Santa brought Sydney a Sleeping Beauty Vanity, Travis got a big Dump Truck, and Jayden a mobile for his crib. Sydney woke up at 4:30 a.m., luckily I was up feeding the baby and talked her into going back to bed. Santa had left a treat by her door, so that satisfied her excitment. We all woke up about 7:00 a.m. and had a great morning. This was our first official Christmas in Arizona, since last year we went to Utah to be with family. We just stayed home all day and lounged in our jammies and the kids played and played.

Notice the battery in Travis' hand. He couldn't have cared less about the fun Thomas the Train set he got. All he wanted was the battery that was taped to it. He carried it around all day.
Sydney went from one present to the next. She couldn't open fast enough. (Notice, Travis is still carrying that stinkin' battery around.)

Aren't kids funny. I think they would be happy with an empty box! I am glad you had a great Christmas!

Santa brought Ellie the same vanity and she's knocked it over twice so it now has a short in it. Gotta love it when that happens! I'm glad you had a fun Christmas. Happy New Year!

What is it with boys and batteries? I can't keep Riley away from them. I'm glad you had a good Christmas, isn't it so fun to spoil your kids? I'd rather do that then get anything for myself for Christmas.
