The community we live sponsored a fun "Snow Day" for the kids. They have a big pile of snow made and the kids just go crazy.
My kids were looking forward to this day for weeks. We dug out all our old winter clothes and of course they were way too small, but they didn't care and wore them anyway.
This is Sydney by the end of the day. Playing in the snow in 70 degree weather is fabulous, by the way. 
Snowball Fight!
Travis wasn't too sure about it at first. He doesn't like to be cold at all.
Sydney was totally into it. She was able to sled down the hill a few times and was throwing snowballs at everyone.
